Report a Problem
If you encounter harmful content, harassment, spam, or a policy violation, use the built-in report button on the post or profile in question. For urgent safety concerns, email info@othertraveler.com with the subject line "Safety Report".
We treat safety reports with priority and aim to review them within 24 hours on business days.
Write for The Other Traveler
We welcome pitches from travel writers and experienced travelers whose perspectives are underrepresented in mainstream travel media. We are especially interested in content covering:
- Destinations for Black travelers, travelers of color, solo women, or LGBTQ+ travelers
- Budget travel strategies with real, current numbers
- Expat and relocation experiences in non-Western cities
- Safety and cultural intelligence guides that guidebooks skip
To pitch, email info@othertraveler.com with subject "Write for Us". Include a 2–3 sentence pitch, your relevant background, and links to prior writing if available.
Partnership Inquiries
We are open to partnerships with travel brands, tourism boards, accommodation services, and travel-tech products that align with our editorial values. We do not accept undisclosed sponsored content — all commercially influenced content is clearly labeled.
